A Southern California native turned South Florida resident, Leslie blends her degree in Interior Architecture with her Permaculture Design certification to craft stunning outdoor spaces that nourish and inspire. Her passion for design, slow food, and sustainability is at the heart of every project.
With over a decade of experience in Permaculture and sustainable landscaping, Enrique transforms South Florida’s unique climate into thriving, edible ecosystems. His background includes innovative work in both California and Florida, always rooted in a love for growing nutritious, local food.
Michelle combines her nutrition expertise with a passion for local agriculture. A registered Dietitian with a Master’s in nutrition and a certificate in Soil Advocacy, she has spent years educating students on farm-to-table living and the importance of sustainable food systems.
Chooch is our loyal companion and protector of the garden. She keeps our plants safe from pests (especially rabbits!) and ensures our chicken friends stay out of trouble.
