Leslie is founder and Lead Designer at Palm Beach Kitchen Gardens. She is a Southern California native, but has lived in South Florida for 25 years. She completed a Permaculture Design Course in 2012 and has a degree in Interior Architecture from Florida International University. Her love of slow food, nature, and design inspired her to begin growing food for others and help localize our food systems.
Enrique is our Lead Horticulturist with over a decade of experience in Permaculture and Sustainable Landscaping. He has contributed to innovative projects across California and Florida. Passionate about growing fresh, nutritious food, Enrique specializes in using South Florida's sub-tropical climate to create thriving edible landscapes.
Dan is our Lead Carpenter here at PBKG. He is a lifelong artist and woodworker. Dan took his PDC (Permaculture Design Course) in 2012, and loves to use his creativity towards sustainable building. He's also a talented musician and karaoke enthusiast!
Michelle is a dedicated registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in nutrition and a certificate island Soil Advocacy. For eight years, she taught a farm-to-table program to middle school students, fostering an appreciation for sustainable food systems and local agriculture.
Chooch is our farm dog here at Palm Beach Kitchen Gardens. She protects the chickens and keeps the rabbits from eating our plants!
